Laughter and Tears
In moments of joy or sorrow, we find release,
Laughter and tears, emotions never to cease.
Jesus wept, his tears a sign of love so deep,
Sara laughed, her joy a mountain to leap.
Why do we need to laugh or cry?
To express the feelings we cannot deny.
Tears cleanse the soul, a healing balm,
Laughter lifts us in times of calm.
Jesus wept for a friend he dearly missed,
His tears a testament to love that exists.
In sorrow, we find a connection shared,
A bond of empathy, showing we cared.
Sara laughed with a heart so light,
Joy bubbling over, a pure delight.
In laughter, we find a moment of grace,
A reminder of life’s vibrant embrace.
Why do we need to laugh or cry?
To feel fully human, to soar and to sigh.
Tears of sadness, tears of joy,
Expressions of emotions we cannot destroy.
Jesus wept, yet his love was so strong,
In tears, we find solace when things go wrong.
Sara laughed, her spirit unbound,
In laughter, life’s beauty is found.
So let us embrace both laughter and tears,
For in them, we conquer our deepest fears.
Jesus wept, and Sara laughed,
Showing us how our emotions are crafted.
