Give the Child Truth

It is hard not to think about the nation, without having the youths at heart. Whoever thought for once, parents will have to warn their children about their teenage boys who could date them just to use them for money rituals?

The decadence keeps evolving. Are we to blame, poverty, terrorism, or greed? unfortunately, the situation has to come to this. One can hardly scroll the social media space without meeting up with gruesome crimes by people but most alarmingly the youths.

Dear young one, crime can’t be the only way out, no! There is no way there, and nothing ends well for people who indulge in cultism, terrorism, or even covetousness. Check down history about the likes of Hitler, Idi Amin, or Shekau. The looks of the yahoo boy might appear as the path, but even there, so many souls were lost. Yes! no lack is beautiful, it carries so much reproach and endless pain. Yes, I also know no situation is permanent, with time as long as you focus on your dreams and work hard and wise, you would make it.

Parents! It doesn’t get easier, these are not times for cover-ups, call a spade a spade and let the truth set the child, free. The violation of the fundamental human rights by bandits goes to sure the state of the human heart and how peace and security aren’t a priority to the Nigerian leaders. We have to show the child, who got their backs when all has failed. Let us point them to the path of Life that brings light and hope to a meaningless world. We should give them God who can protect them, physically, mentally, psychologically, spiritually, and financially.

Although the obvious greatest most workable way is to seek God for help, our prayers should be right though. It should not be from the place of hate but love. God will never fail, we can trust Him with our kids where the devil seems to rule, He is the true King and let them know that He wants to lead their hearts to an expected end.
