The pressure to have a certain kind of body shape has driven many to their early graves. It is so unfortunate that today a lot has been measured and approved by a certain kind of look. Women and men that are tall, slim, and eloquent are considered attractive. This in its truth is wrong! Research shows that what people considered as a standard for attractive beauty changes in time. So these standards are make-belief, a man-made fantasy intended to indulge all. This demonic notion is made to distract you, make you anxious and depressed. It is an ideal that can never be satisfied. Stop trying to please it. It changes like a mood swing.

Love and being fulfilled truly do not have anything to do with how tall, slim, short, or fat someone is. Love how it matters, where and when it matters has to do with the soul. It is all vanity to fall in love with the physical when the unseen is oozing rottenness. The seen will change and age. But in-depth character, intelligence, and kindness will stand the taste of time.

Stop beating yourself. Love and accept how God has made you. Build on your confidence. Speak kindly to yourself. Confess beauty and grace. You will be one what you say.
Work out, eat enough, and not because you have much on the table. Eat a healthy balanced diet. Inculcate spiritual food into your diet too, e get why. It makes you shine as light and brings favor and grace your way.

Make friends with only positive people who bring out the best and speak faith words over you. Let go of harmful addictive behavioral patterns. He did not create you to be accepted by the world, he created you first solely for Himself and when the time comes as you keep trusting Him, He will pair you up with one whom he has created to treasure your kind of qualities and delicate sophisticated body shape.

You are so beautiful is bad, you don’t know it. You are loved but you wonder if you are needed. God made you unique not like another embrace your uniqueness. Accept His love, He will give you rest and peace. You are beautiful!

God loves you just the way you are. Yes with scars from aging and the tragedies of life. He cares and still loves you with all your flaws and nobody is going to love you unconditionally as God would. It is through His love that you would build a firm foundation upon which other loves will grow. You are so loved, walk as you know it.     CafE is simple, really like Google Chrome. Like I said above, Google has gotten more complicated than necessary with their browser. CafE will open the files with a right click and a single mouse click. Both programs are very well done. I had trouble with Chrome when I tried to use a touchscreen (Samsung i9000) touchscreen.
